Who we are

Weget Unipessoal Lda. ("Zyrax", "we", "us") operates the website at zyrax.io and is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@zyrax.io.

What we collect

• Waitlist details — the email address you submit, and your name if you choose to provide it.
• Abuse-prevention data — a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to rate-limit the waitlist form. We do not store your raw IP address, and the hash is deleted automatically within about an hour.
• Technical request data — our hosting provider may process standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) in temporary logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To contact you about early access and launch — on the basis of your consent, given when you join the waitlist.
• To keep the service secure and available — rate-limiting and server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site:

• Supabase — database hosting for the waitlist, located in the European Union.
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.

Waitlist data is stored in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it is done under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until Zyrax launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Abuse-prevention hashes are deleted within about an hour.

Your rights

Under the GDPR / RGPD you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can remove your data yourself, instantly, with no email needed. For any other request, contact us at privacy@zyrax.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Zyrax evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and where required we will ask for your consent again.
