1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Zyrax website at zyrax.io(the "Site") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is an informational, pre-launch page for Zyrax and its upcoming platform. It lets you learn about the product and join a waitlist for early access. Content may change, and features described as forthcoming are not guarantees of future availability.

3. The free tool

Zyrax Guard, the free command-line tool, is distributed separately under the MIT License and governed by that license. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a security aid, not a guarantee: it does not promise to detect every malicious, vulnerable, or risky package, and you remain responsible for your own security decisions.

4. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any particular timing.
• By joining, you agree we may contact you by email about Zyrax. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or automated entries, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Zyrax name, logo, brand, and the content of this Site are owned by Weget Unipessoal Lda. and may not be used without permission. The Zyrax Guard source code is licensed separately under the MIT License.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weget Unipessoal Lda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site, dated above.
